I've been slowly working away at version 3.0 of the LARS. I'm close to done, but some of the wording and formatting on the rules reference is taking a while to get exactly right. As I've said before, it turns out that with 90% of the work done, the remaining 10% is the other 90% of the work! 

I know some people are looking forward to the new version, so I've quickly thrown together and uploaded a new 3.0 beta. This one has all 4(!) pages. The first two pages are more or less complete and I don't expect them to change for the final release. The other two pages, the rules reference, have kind of funky incomplete formatting, may see layout changes, and some sections are missing since I don't have accurate wording solutions for them yet (namely, flight rules).
